Common Issues

Device not recognized by computer

Try a different USB cable or port. Make sure your device is unlocked and Ledger Live is running.

Forgot PIN code

After 3 wrong attempts, your device will reset. Use your recovery phrase to restore your wallet.

Lost recovery phrase

If you still have access to your device, transfer funds to a new wallet immediately and set up a new recovery phrase.
